the fact that Vick's dogfighting was premeditated is the reason he got 2 years and Stallworth only got 30 days. Dogfighting is a felony in 49 states. (Idaho withstanding) Stallworth never planned on getting drunk and killing a person. Vick planned on killing dogs. The premeditation of the crime is the difference here.
